You need to sign in to your account on starter.webcon.com site and download the latest version. Then, after running WEBCON BPS installer, choose the option “Upgrade of current WEBCON BPS …”
Choose the option “Reset password”. You will receive a new one on your email address.
No. Once you activated your WEBCON BPS Express version, you don’t need to repeat it when upgrading.
No. All workflows created in the previous version of WEBCON BPS Express are compatible with the latest version.
First, check whether you have the latest version of WEBCON BPS Express installed in your environment. Workflows created in the latest version of WEBCON BPS will not be operational in the previous versions. To fix the problem, upgrade your version of WEBCON BPS Express. If the problem still occurs, contact us.
